Akaza Builders was founded in 2021 by Andre Neves with a clear mission: bring structure, honesty, and professionalism to an industry where homeowners often feel overwhelmed.
What began as a one-man operation under the name Octopus House Solutions has grown into a licensed, fully structured design-build firm serving Central Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island.
The name “Akaza” comes from the Portuguese phrase “A Casa,” meaning “The House.” It reflects both our Brazilian heritage and our belief that a home is more than a structure. It is where life unfolds.
Today, Akaza Builders operates as a fully integrated Design-Build General Contractor in Central Massachusetts, delivering additions, renovations, ADUs, and custom homes with disciplined planning and high-level execution.
