AKAZA and team did an amazing job.
They built an entire new wing to our house complete with first floor master bedroom, bathroom, closets, office, and deck. The quality and communication were superb. And furthermore, AKAZA stayed perfectly on budget. I feel this is rare these days. I have already highly recommended AKAZA to my old neighbor looking for a similar addition from a local small town company.

Andre and his team were fabulous from start to finish. I had uneven floors and vinyl blank in my upstairs. The team removed down to the studs, rebuilt and evened the floor and installed beautiful pine flooring. It was a complicated project, but, Andre kept me informed throughout the work which was completed on budget and within the contract timeframe. I added a bunch of smaller projects to the scope as well. I am thrilled with the results. One small story: On the last day of work I got new ceiling lights delivered and the team offered to install them for me. Great service, great team, I highly recommend Andre and his team.

I’ve worked with Akaza Builders before when they were still Octopus, and I couldn’t find them under the old name at first, ended up stumbling on them again on Thumbtack by coincidence. Our first project was a small bathroom remodel, and I remember being impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
Fast forward a few years, and I bought a house that needed a lot more work, a full remodel, mechanical updates in the basement, updates on both floors. I went straight to Andre and his team at Akaza, because I knew they’d deliver. And they did.
