The team removed down to the studs, rebuilt and evened the floor and installed beautiful pine flooring.  It was a complicated project, but, Andre kept me informed throughout the work which was completed on budget and within the contract timeframe.  I added a bunch of smaller projects to the scope as well.  I am thrilled with the results.  One small story: On the last day of work I got new ceiling lights delivered and the team offered to install them for me.  Great service, great team, I highly recommend Andre and his team.
