We added a brand-new primary suite featuring a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, sitting area, and a staircase that connects the new level with the existing home. The highlight of this remodel is the primary bathroom, built for comfort and long-term accessibility. It includes an all-tile, curb-less wet room with a large shower, a bench that warms up, radiant heat throughout the entire floor, a freestanding tub, a custom extra-wide niche, and a translucent stone vanity that brings a soft glow to the room. The space is filled with natural light thanks to strategically placed windows that brighten the addition from morning to evening.

To make daily life easier, we added a Costco-door on the first floor, giving the homeowners a convenient way to bring in groceries. The original downstairs bedroom was also rebuilt to tie everything together seamlessly.

With this addition, each teenager now has their own space, and the homeowners finally have a primary suite that feels peaceful, private, and designed for comfort. The entire project was engineered ahead of time, allowing for smooth structural work, new electrical and HVAC layouts, and a safe, well-insulated build. No surprises, just careful planning and thoughtful design.
